This is what you need if you have a group of girls who want to do a series of 5 meetings together. Girls will have so much fun together! They'll play games, create art projects, and build community as they bond together and talk about topics such as having a strong identity, building confidence and connecting with each other. They'll learn respect and listening skills, qualities that make a good friendship, common friendship problems, and the power of words.
Additional options:
To add the Bible-based portion to this curriculum, workbooks are needed that correlate with this book.
There is a Leader's Guide workbook, and individual workbooks. The girls will love journaling their thoughts and being able to keep these books forever.
Through just a few weeks together, girls strengthen how they feel about themselves, how to grow in their own confidence and ability to be a good friend, and to choose healthy friendships.
"I felt safe and loved here."
"It helped to get all the negative stuff out of me"
"I learned to be a better friend."
"I learned not to label people."
"I don’t want to be labeled."
"I learned I had power I didn’t know I had."
"I wish we could do this all year."
A 7-week interactive workbook moms and daughters can do one-on-one, providing a safe place of connection, learning about your identity in Christ and building healthy friendships. (Approximate age range 9-12 years old).
Mom, as your daughter approaches graduation, you’ll be forever thankful that you spent some moments journaling your thoughts as she approaches her launch into adulthood. Write down the things you want to share with her, in this little book that she can keep forever. She’ll always love having this to remember your memories, prayers, encouragement and life advice to her.

“Girls 101 has shown me how important it is that we pour love into the younger generation. These girls want someone who understands what they are going through. And it’s a blessing to be speaking into their lives and showing them God’s love.”

"Holly and her helpers provided a foundation that will last a lifetime with my students. She provided activities that met the girls where they're at and moved them to be better friends, daughters, sisters and students. The students made comments like, "I have gone to school with the other girls but didn't really get to know them until now. I know how to be a better friend and better person now, and I loved the hands-on activities- we never get to do things like this."

Our school has loved having Girls 101 as an after school program. The students felt the connection to the leaders, and the leaders have helped them become better leaders themselves. They are more able to advocate for themselves and to speak up about their needs. The students felt safe sharing and interacting and role playing to problem solve and reduce conflict in their lives.
There were so many intentional activities that our girls loved. Our girls loved the club so much that they wished they could meet more often!
What I love about Girls 101 is how it supports and educates young girls about issues we have all faced or will likely face, in a fun and bonding way. It shows girls they aren't alone in their struggles and gives them suggestions and opportunities to practice working out conflict. It helps them to be a better friend and guides them for what to look for in a friend. It helps them to look at situations from a different perspective and be more understanding and supportive of each other. The girls are introduced to practical ways to handle big emotions and to develop coping skills they can use all of their life. I love that the women in Girls 101 encourage them to dream big and give them hope for their future by being intentional and wise in their choices.
